Montell Taraschewski is a German-Polish Director of Photography with a strong focus on commercial and narrative filmmaking. His visual language merges contemporary cinematic techniques with a naturalistic approach to lighting, always aiming to strike a balance between technical precision and authentic, emotionally resonant storytelling. In addition to his commercial work, Montell has lensed numerous music videos for both European and international artists. He’s drawn to bold, creative collaborations that challenge visual norms, explore cultural intersections, and bring fresh perspectives to the screen.

Fluent in English, German, and Polish, and currently learning Spanish, Montell brings a multilingual sensitivity to international collaborations.
