about julian c. steiner
born in munich and raised in a small town near regensburg, he initially wanted to become a painter—until he realized his paintings stubbornly refused to move. this led him to a local tv station and, eventually, to study cinematography at the renowned filmakademie baden-württemberg.
after graduating, he moved to berlin, where he began working in the commercial industry, quickly developing a strong focus on automotive filmmaking. his work has since been recognized with multiple awards.
when he’s not behind the camera, he enjoys spending time with his little family—his favorite long-term project.
julian is based in frankfurt a.m. germany.
